Federal agents make ‘spice’ busts across Albuquerque


Spice is marketed in such a way that attracts young people, targeting kids as young as 12. They are packaged in colorful foil packets with a play-on words of familiar type of brands. Symptoms, once you take it, can include paranoia, hallucinations, fainting and a rapid heartbeat. As a schedule-I drug, the DEA says it’s as bad as heroin and LSD.
